the room included robes and slippers. complimentary water bottles were restocked daily, i think three bottles each day. the hotel provided a shuttle service to nearby shopping areas, a very big plus.
the wait times for the elevator were often long, about seven minutes each time. i think there are only two elevators for guest use. this caused delays when heading to breakfast.

staff provided prompt assistance with luggage upon arrival, such as delivering my bags swiftly. restaurant staff always seemed attentive, responding quickly to requests for water refills.

the room was super clean, and i found everything i needed easily. the restaurants provided diverse menus. i liked the upepo restaurant, a staff member named alfred arranged a surprise cake when he overheard it was a birthday. i thought that was very thoughtful!
the air conditioning struggled, barely cooling the room. i had booked an airport pickup, but it never showed up. the walls felt thin. i could hear noises from both the hallway and neighboring rooms.

the staff was attentive to details. agnes and mercy assisted with check-in and provided help with local directions. nicholas and moses managed luggage and checked in often to ensure we had no issues.
the ac did not function as expected and struggled to cool the room. the airport pickup i arranged was not provided. the walls were thin so sounds from neighbors and the hallway were audible.
